STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN - Cellmax Technologies, the Stockholm based innovator and supplier of ultra high efficiency antennas for mobile networks, today announces that its Chairman Per Borgklint resigns from the Board of Directors. Per has recently been appointed Senior Vice President at Ericsson AB, Head of Business unit Multimedia and member of Ericsson’s Executive Leadership team.
 
Per resigns in order to avoid conflicts of interest. The Board of Directors has appointed Peter Lönnquist as its new chairman. Peter, an international business lawyer by profession, has been on the CellMax board since 2010, and is, amongst other assignments, chairman in the listed real estate business Fastpartner AB as well as in Marginalen Bank AB and board member in Net1 (AINMT AB).
